from Langue Valle

from punta and marimba

mass on Sunday.

I am from trees and mountains and animals, guacamayas,

from cafetales, mangales

I am 

from amor, tristeza, sufrimiento,

paz and lealtad, de comunidad unida,

the people united 

will never be defeated

I am 

from arroz blanco, frijoles rojos,

from cultivo, maiz, patatas, and yuca.

I am 

from palmas de coco,

from mayas, frutos, and ocalipto.

I am 

from Honduras
